Marked 24/002 0004 and what looks like ‘Jill Bounton’ to base. The seller I purchased this from thought this piece to be Canadian.
In good vintage condition, a couple of minor areas of damage to the extremities and possibly one piece of 'bark' decoration missing. See images.
